Personality:  She is the kind of girl who is very competitive, smart, and cunning.  She seems to get most of what she wants without trying, she is often envied by some of her closest friends.  She is kind, however, and loves to have a good laugh with her friends.  She often listens to other peoples problems, but no one ever listens to hers, mainly because they don't think she has any.  So you could say she is good at hiding her feelings that she doen't want to be noticed. 

HOWEVER, if she does want you to see how she feels, she WILL show it.  She uaually doesn't hide her feelings towards others.  If she doesn't like you, you'll know it.  If you mean the world to her, you'll know it.  Even though she is very much disliked by some, she has many more friends than enimies. 

Likes: Her friends, the pride, hunting, the stars.

Dislikes: Those who dislike her, not getting what she wants, others suffering.

Hates: Anyone who goes out of their way to b rude to her.

History: She was born with a sister, but when they were very young, she fell prey to a hyena.  Her mother was not very upset about the insident, and actually blammed baby Nuru.  Her mother then met up with another male, and one, oddly cold night, abandond the three month old Nuru(Needless to say she wa a pretty bad mother).  Nuru woke in the middle of the night, alone and scared.  She cried out for her mother, but she didn't answer.  She wondered around the rest of the night, and all of the next day.  She stopped that night and began to cry.  She didn't even hear the lioness coming up from behind.  When she spoke, Nuru whipped around in fear.  The lioness, named Sarabi, brought her back to her pride with her.

There, she met Paki, Oni, and Kamaria.  Three cubs that were about her age.  They all became great friends, especialy her and Kamaria, who was like a sister to her.  However, as the two grow older, they both get feelings for Paki.  But it is unkown to each of them that the other likes him.  This helps start a very strong hate that risks the life of the eintire pride.
