Personality: Stubborn most of the time,talks when she feels like speaking her mind(which often gets her in trouble but doesn't care what people say or think of her). Gets angry easily but never shows when she wants to cry(Monika doesn't cry that much unless it's a good reason too).Only shows her true feelings towards her friends cause she has trouble trusting others outside her pride and homelands.She only shows her affection to her friends and family...

History:

Monika was an orphan who was raised by Sarabi wanting another cub since her son grew up. Sarabi took her in after she found Monika all alone under a tree in the African plains. The reason why Monika was under a tree was because she was hiding from the poachers who killed her mom. Monika never forgot that horrible day when her mother was shot right infront of her.But her father however, was also shot while trying to potect his mate and cub.

That is why Monika is too afriad to venture out on her own away from the pridelands but she has no clue that Sarabi adopted her,until she got older. A few years have passed since Kiara and Kovu had their son and daughter, who Monika loved hanging out with Zaria, often thinking of her as a younger sister.But when Zaria ran off one day to go play with her brother, ends up meeting Samanya(an outsider who lives in the small pride that is still loyal to Zira.

She never liked Samanya to begin with because he is an outsider and is willing to protect Zaria with all her life. Zaria is best friends with Monika ever since she was born.Even Simba too, is wary about Zaria meeting the rest of the outlanders who never changed their mind about joining his pride so he asked Monika to also help out wth watching over her. But on one day, Monika caught Samanya(an outsider who is friends with Zaria since he confessed),got introuble by her so she reports him to Simba. Simba grew mad at the idea of his granddaughter playing with an uknown lion but his daughter Kiara thinks is a good idea to let her daughter have friends.Even if they are outsiders.

Kiara had no problem with Zaria playing with Samanya which made Monika slip away from Zaria.Even though Zaria became too interested in becoming friends with  Samanya,Monika still has her back and will always try to protect her as a loyal friend and adopted sister to her. But Later on down the road, Monika hears the truth about how she became Sarabi's daughter or adopted daughter I'd should say.Monika still loves her adopted mother even if she isn't a real pridelander....
