Hichko returned to the streets as Joel and Scamp sat they said :"Lookie who is backie?! The girly doggy"They mocked his collar and himself. Hichko growled "This collar belonged to Dolce and now its mine"He said growling as Scamp and Joel jumped on Hichko and they sat as he rolled and then they rolled him with his paws and threw him away further and he fell harder on the ground and Hichko got blackout. They smirked and did highfive "I guess he will be his girlfriend"Joel said "Yeah ah ha"Scamp said as they walked home but they felt sad inside. Hichko didn't wake up he was dead.....

Yes they are. That's why Scamp is abusing and evil to Scangel.. but still Scamp was sad inside but Hickho died.
