After Scangel was carried by an adult female dog and a pup around her mean older brother's age , Scangel cried , but then Howard came and asked her :"What's wrong?" He said approching behind a female black dog and said :"Don't be shy" She said sweetly . Scangel said :"Becasue of my dad" She replied and cried into Penny's paws and Howard nuzzled her and he said:"Will you become my adopted younger sister and to Penny adopted daguther?" He asked , Scangel nodded
