the curtains.
"4...5"
"They can still see our shadows," Bobo said.
"Oh, yeah,"
"6...7"
"Quick, follow me," Coco said. He jumped out of the open window and Bobo followed him.
"8...9...10!" Ready or not, here we come!" They yelled. Dash spun round and saw the curtains flapping by the open window and knew at once that Coco and Bobo had got out.
"Aw no!" Dash groaned. He jumped out the window and started to follow his friends scent. Travis and Bandit followed him. "Quick. Let's split up and look for them," Dash said, quickly. "I'll go this way," Dash said, sprinting down snob hill. Bandit and Travis went the other direction, towards the park.

Bandit and Travis made it to the park. They picked up Coco and Bobo's scents and followed them. Luckily, they were both headed in the same direction, so at least they knew that they were together. The scent took them towards the woods. Travis gulped as they entered the woods and he crept along beside Bandit. Bandit suddenly halted and stared at the ground in front of him. Travis looked at the spot and saw that Bandit was staring at two pairs of pawprints. One pair was slightly bigger than Travis' and the other pair was smaller and thinner. Bandit and Travis exchanged glances and started to follow the footprints. "This has got to be Bobo and Coco," Travis barked hopefully.
A few yards away, Coco and Bobo were trekking through the woods. Coco lifted his head high and sniffed. "Aw shoot, it's sausage dog and Travis. Quick, let's hide," Coco said playfully. Coco dived into a large pile of leaves, followed by Bobo.
"They'll never find us in here," Bobo chuckled.
"Shh," Coco hissed. Bandit and Travis appeared a few moments later. They walked over to the pile of leaves that Coco and Bobo were in, but they didn't notice them. They scanned the area for a few minutes. Coco started to get stiff and his limbs were aching from keeping so still. Bobo was starting to squirm and he had to huddle up close to Coco so he wouldn't kick out his paws. Eventually, Bandit and Travis dissapeared into the trees and Bobo and Coco shot out of the leaf pile, shaking their paws. "Follow me," Coco whispered. He led Bobo deeper into the woods, while making sure that they couldn't be heard or seen by Bandit and Travis. Coco suddenly tripped over a rock. Bobo rushed over and started nuzzling Coco's fur.
"Are you okay, Coco?" He asked. Coco staggered to his feet and shook the paw that hit the rock.
"Maybe hiding in the woods isn't a good idea," Coco realised. "I've got it! Hop on my back, li'l buddy," Coco offered. Bobo hooped on Cocos back and Coco walked out of the woods and headed back to Dashes house. They jumped through the window and hid behind the couch in 'The Couch Room'

Several hours later Dash returned home with no luck. He jumped through the window and sat on the carpet beside the coffee table. He was panicking. When Lola found out that he'd lost Bobo she'd rip his throat out. Then suddenly, as if it was fate, Lola jumped through the window. "How's Bobo?" She asked. Dash gulped.
"I dont really know. We lost him," he admitted.
"What! How could you lose Bobo!?" Lola growled.
"We were playing hide and seek and Bobo got out of the house. I've looke dall over town for him. But I'm sure Bandit and Travis have found him," Dash explained. Then, on cue, Bandit and Travis jumped through the window.
"We can't find him," Bandit panted. Then he spotted Lola and gulped. "Hi, Lola," He greeted.
"You can't find him either?" She gasped.
"Well, I'm sure he's okay, Coco's with him," Travis said. But instead of cheering up, Lola got more worried.
"Now I know Bobo's in trouble," She said, half scared, half humorously. Bandit pressed close to Lola to calm her down, Travis did the same.
"It's getting really late," He pointed out. "Something could eat them or worse," He gulped. Then he heard Lola whimper. "Oh, I mean not really," He said, trying his best to keep her calm.
"Let's all got out and look," Dash suggested. He led the way through the window followed by Travis, Bandit and Lola.
Coco and Bobo were listening the whole time. "Lola seems really worried about us," Bobo said. Coco nuzzled Bobo's shoulder gently.
"This is the most obvious spot in the house. They'll find us here eventually," Coco yawned. "But for now, let's take a nap," Coco lay on his side and Bobo snuggled up next to him.

Bobo woke up to the sound of sobbing. Coco was still asleep, so bobo silently crept to the side of the couch and poked his head round the side. He saw his sister sobbing into Dashes shoulder. Travis was beside her running his paw down her back and Bandit was trying to calm her down by saying comforting words. "I'm such a terrible sister," Lola cried. "What would our mother think of me now?!" She kept crying into Dashes fur.
"I'm sure he's okay," Dash reassured her.
"He's never been out this late before," She wept. bobo looked out the window. he hadn't notice how late it was. It was pitch black and there weren't any stars to be seen. Not even the moon was out. Bobo went back to Coco and nudged him with his snout.
"Coco," He whispered. "Can we come out now. I'm sick of hiding," He whispered. Coco hardly stirred. Bobo came out from behind the couch anywhere. "Lola!" He yipped. Lola looked up and smiled brightly. The siblings ran towards eahcother and hugged eachother.
"Bobo, I was so worried. What happened?" She asked.
"We were all playing hide and seek then me and Coco were the hiders. So Coco and I went to hide in the woods. ("See I told you! You owe me a bone," Bandit whispered to Travis) Then we got tired of hiding in the woods and came back here," Bobo explained. Then everyone heard a yawn and turned towards the couch. Coco crept out from behind it.
"Yay, we won!" He said, tired. Lola playfully nudged Coco, who giggled.
"Thanks for taking care of Bobo, sorta," Lola said to Coco. Coco blushed.
"No problem, Lolapop," Coco joked. Dash, Bandit and Travis all chuckled at Coco's nickname for Lola. Lola looked at the window and her eyes widened as she saw the darkness.
"We'd better get back to the junkyard," Lola nudged bobo towards the window. "See you later, guys," She called as she hopped out the window followed by Bobo. Then Dashes woman owner came in the room and shut the window.

(1 week later)
"Okay, Dash, to to your basket and sleep. you, too guys," The woman dogsitter from the beginning of the story said, ushering the dogs into the couch room. Dash barked in agreement. The four dogs lay down in their spots. Bandit and Dash on the couch and Coco and Travis in the basket.
"Let's all go to sleep this time," Dash chuckled remembering the incident last time. The four dogs all rested their heads and within moments they were all asleep. Just then the dogsitter came in the room.
"Maybe you can run around for another hour or so... Dash?" The dogsitter noticed that all of the dogs were asleep. "Hmm. I wonder what got into those dogs?" She chuckled to
