But then someone started knocking at the door. Leon rushed in, still with a mouthful of egg and opened the door. A middle aged woman with a black dress and shoulder length blond hair was standing on the doorstep with a dog carrier

"Oh no! That's what they're gonna do to me. They're going to take me to another place in that really small dog carrier," Dash howled.

"Easy boy," Leon said calmly before turning his attenion back to the woman. "I'll go get him," Dash started backing away, but Leon didn't walk towards him, he went into the room with Dashes favourite couch and came back out again with Noodles, who seemed to look shocked to see the woman.

"How was the trip?" Leon asked the woman.

"Okay, I guess," The woman replied. "Thanks for taking care of Noodles, he wasn't any trouble was he?"

"No trouble at all," Leon replied.

"So that was it. I was just staying here while she went out of town?" Noodles asked Dash.

"Apparently so," Dash said.

"Phew," Noodles said. "Sorry for all the trouble," Noodles said.

"No problem. It was kinda fun," Dash admitted. The woman turned to leave with Noodles.

"See ya 'round, guys," Noodles called.

"Good luck," Dash called back. Then the door shut and the woman walked away with Noodles in the carrier.

"Well, that turned out fine, I guess," Dash sighed. "Now, I think I'm gonna pick up where I left off." Dash walked into the couch room and lay himself down with his head on the arm. Bandit did the same on the other side of the couch. Tangerine curled up beside Bandit and Coco rested himself on Dashes back. They were all glad that everything was back to normal.
