Bandit was peacefully sleeping on the couch in the hideout. He woke up and looked around, he saw that the box that he hid his bones under was tipped over and there weren't any bones in it! "Oh, snap!" Bandit said, looking around in awe. Bandit also noticed that the couch that covered the hideout enterance was to the side, so someone must have snuck in and stolen the bones. "There's no bones, so there's only one thing to do. Borrow some more from Tangerine," Bandit thought.

Meanwhile, at Lola and Bobo's tent, Bobo was asleep in one of the sections of it.. Bobo suddenly sneezed and woke up.
"Gesundeight," a voice said.
"Thanks," Bobo said. Bobo then realised what had happened and leaped up. "Who's said that?" he asked, looking around.
"Nobody," the voice said again. Bobo covered his eyes with his paws.
"Come out and fight like a...whatever you are!" Bobo challenged. Suddenlt, Bobo was pushed over. He looked behind him but there was no-one there. Then Lola came in to see what the noise was about.
"What's up, bro? You were making quite a racket!" Lola rubbed her eyes with one of her paws.
"There;s someone in here," bobo looked around.
"It's probably just one of your dreams," Lola sighed, rolling her eyes.
"No, this was real!" Bobo said. Lola picked Bobo up by his neck scruff and carried him into the main section of the tent.

"I hope Tangerine has some bones," Bandit thought as he knocked on the lid of Tangerine's trash can. Suddenly Travis walked past. "Hi Travis. Where ya goin'?" Bandit asked.
"I was going to see you," Travis said. "I was going to ask you if you'd taken all my bones," Travis said.
"No," Bandit answered. "But you can have some of Tangerine's bones, too," Bandit offered. But before Travis could answer, Tangerine had opened the lid.
"What do you two want?" She asked. She suddenly started at Bandit with angry eyes. "Ditso, why did you take all my bones!?" Tangerine asked. "Don'y I give you enough?!" Suddenly, Lola, Bobo and Coco apperaed, also staring angrily at Bandit.
"Can you tell us what happened to all of our bones, too?" Lola asked, lowering her eyebrows.
"And mine," Elsie snarled as she walked into the scene.
"I'm innocent," Bandit said.
"I don't think it was Bandit," Bobo said. "i think it was the things in my room this morning." Then, Dash barged in, knocking Tangerine over as he halted.
"There you are, you bone-brain. Why did you steal all the bones!?" Dash growled. Bandit was getting really annoyed.
"Tangerine! I didn't do it!" Bandit yelled.
"I don't believe you." Tangerine argued. Bandit felt like knocking Tangerine to the moon. But instead, Bandit just ran out of the junkyard and towards Tony's Italian Restaraunt. bandit scratched at the door, hoping that Tony had some bones. Tony stuck his head through the top of the door.
"Sorry, Fido. No bones today. They were taken. Tony closed the door muttering 'Who in the world would steal bones'. Bandit was thinking the exact same thing. Bandit sat down with his back against the door and sighed. All his friends were against him. What could he do?
"Bandit?" A voice said. Bandit turned his head and saw Bobo walking towards him.
"What is it?" Bandit asked.
"I don't think it's you and I wanna help ya," Bobo said.
"Help me with what?" Bandit asked.
"Finding the real thief, duh," Bobo said as if it was obvious.
"That's actually a good idea," Bandit said.
"Tell me something I don't know," Bobo chuckled.
"Let's get started," Bandit got up and let Bobo climb on his back. They started walking through the town. They stopped when they heard a weird grunting noise. They walked towards the sound. They eventually found a black chiuhauha with a deep scar across his eye dragging a large sack. He dragged the sack towards the old barrel where The Tramp used to sleep and went inside it with the sack. The barrel was quite big to the chiuhauha and there was enough room for the sack, too. he opened the sack and inside was a huge amount of bones!
"It has to be here!" The chiuahuha grunted as he rumaged through the bones. Darn it. How can the golden bone not be in this humungous pile!" The chiuhauha paused before adding. "Well, I shouldnt let a huge amount of bones go to waste," And he started chewing one of them. Bandit and Bobo had listened to everything from outside the barrel. They ran for cover before speaking.
"That pipsqueak took all our bones!" Bandit growled. "And what the heck is the Golden Bone?" Bandit wondered.
"I've got an idea," Bobo said. Tonight we'll have a steakout," He planned.
"Mmmm, steak," Bandit drooled.
"Not real steak. A stakeout. It's when you camp out and watch a target to see what it does. We'll do the same thing with the chiuhauha!" Bobo explained.
"Great. Let's go home," Bandit carried Bobo back to his tent making sure that Coco and Lola didn't see him and then he walked back to his own home as silently as he could.

That night Bandit met Bobo by the barrel, making sure he was well hidden. After a short amount of time, they heard rustling from inside the barrel and then the chiuhauha came out with his sack of bones. Bandit and Bobo hid until the chiuhauha turned the corner and then they slowly followed him. About an hour later they arrived at a large house in Snob Hill. The chiuhauha went inside the house through a large dog-door, struggling with the sack. Bandit looked in through a window around the side of the house. Bandit felt bobo tapping him o he looked down. "I can't see," Bobo whispered. Bandit dipped his head down and Bobo climbed on. They looked through the window. The chiuhauha was in there but he wasn't alone. There was a doberman! A female, smaller than usual, cream doberman.
"Hello, Amy," The chiuhauha greeted.
"Hi, Dad," Amy rolled her sparkling eyes at her father. Bobo silently chuckled at the word 'Dad'.
"Seth? Is that you?" A voice called. seth the chiuhauha quickly pushed the sack behind a chair just as a tall, normal sized light cream doberman appeared from around a corner. The doberman spotted Seth, ran over to him and nuzzled him. "Where did you go?" She asked. "I was worried sick,"
"You know you should stop treating me like someone Amy's age, right?" Seth sighed.
"I'm sorry. Well, I'll leave you two to do some father/daughter stuff," The mother doberman turned the corner again.
"Night, Jewel," Seth groaned. "Anyway, Amy. I haven't come any closer to finding the golden bone-"
"So why did you come here?" Amy asked.
"So we could have a midnight feast while we discussed our next move," Seth emptied the bag of bones out and strated chewing one. Amy started chewing too, bewildered at the huge amount of bones.
"Are you listening Bandit?" Bobo whispered. Bandit didn't answer. "Bandit!" Bobo hissed silently at the doberman. But Bobo could tell that something was seriously wrong. Bandit had a goofy grin on his face and his eyes were fixed straight ahead.
