It was 5:30 PM on Halloween night there were alot of kids out on the streets in their costumes with jack-o-lantern candy baskets and trick-or-treat bags in their hands kids were coming up to Lady and Tramp's house wanting candy as Lady was giving the trick-or-treaters the candy, Tramp, Angel, and everybody else were getting the decorations ready for their halloween party, that was going to be held later on at 8:00 PM.

Scamp was upstairs in his room lying on his bed listening to his ipod as he was listening to his music, Lady came into his room. She was wearing a witch costume while Tramp was wearing a vampire.

Annette's costume: Wonder Woman

Collette's costume: Princess Leia

Danielle's costume: Batgirl

Angel's Costume: A grim reaper

"Scamp, come on put on your costume, it's almost time for the party."

Scamp's costume was Darth Vader. But he didn't want to wear it and did not want to see or go downstairs to that party because he thinks halloween is for babies

"Mom, I'm not wearing that thing, and besides you know I don't like halloween."

"Scamp Elisha Brown, I don't care how many parties you've missed every year downstairs with us, but you are not missing this one, you are putting on this costume, you are coming out of this room,  you are going downstairs, and you are going to have fun with us!"

"Mom, no I'm staying up here in my room, I'm having my own party, but I'm the only guest that's invited no one else."

"Scamp, put on this costume NOW!!!!!"

"GET OUT OF MY ROOM!"

Lady, then exited the room If Scamp didn't want to come he didn't have to.

Tramp and Angel were getting the food ready, while Annette and the others were getting all the decorations put up.

"Angel, can you put the fruit punch there on the table please?" Tramp asked

"Sure, Tramp but what do want me to do with these Dr. Pepper bottles?" Angel asked

"I told you, put them on the counter." Tramp said with a silent yell

"OK" Angel said "Geez, men and their tempered orders."

While they were getting the food up and ready, Lady came downstairs

"Family meeting pronto!" Lady said they all sat down in the family meeting room, a small room that Tramp had built for private talks.

"Now everybody listen up."

"Mom, if this about how many baths we had this week don't flush the percentage down the toilet." Annette said

"No, it's about Scamp, we've bought him costumes every year but he never wore them they are still in his closet, and since he stays up in his room every halloween.......I think we shouldn't let him be at any of our parties, so make sure he's not downstairs during the party. Cause he's not invited!" Lady said

"Got it, we'll make sure he not down here during the party pidge." Tramp said 

"Whooo hooo!", no boys allowed." Danielle said

"Oh no Danni, there will be boys just not him." Tramp said

As soon as they exited the room, and got everything ready, the doorbell rang it was some of the girls' friends over in their costumes, then boys came in in their costumes ready to party. the last boy that came in was Shadow, In his werewolf costume.

Anyway, they started the party, and turned on the music really loud as everybody was danicing to AC/DC (Which was Scamp's second favorite band along side U2), Scamp was upstairs lying on his bed looking at his costumes in his closet and his Darth Vader costume.

"Oh heck with it!" Scamp said with a changed heart attitude, he put on his cape, his mask, and he got out his lightsaber, turned it on and came out of his bedroom, when he got downstairs Lady and Tramp got in the way.

"What are you doing down here, your not invited." Lady said

"Well, in case you haven't noticed this is my house too, so if you would kindly get out of way cause I changed my mind."

"We don't care if you changed your mind or not, your not invited. Go back upstairs to your room." Angel said

"What's going on here?" Scamp said

"Your not invited." Annette said "Go back upstairs to your room and don't come out until the party is over, we were invited, and they were invited because they came to these parties every year."

"Now for the last time go back upstairs to your room." Lady said angrily

"Scamp, your not invited that's that." Tramp said

"But, I just wanted to spend some time with you." Scamp said starting to get teary-eyed

"Scamp your not invited go back upstairs to your room, and don't come out until the stupid party is over!" Tramp, Angel, and everybody else said

Scamp cried and ran back upstairs to his room, when he got in his room he slammed the door shut.

Then he took all of his previous halloween costumes out of his closet, and threw them out the window into the trash can outside in the back yard along with his Darth Vader costume. He then flung himself onto his bed and cried endlessly

In the meantime Tramp and everybody else were telling everybody that it was time to go, but Shadow got in the way, very upset with them.

"You know, that was completely selfish what you did to Scamp." Shadow said furiously he then stormed out the door dissapointed before he exited the house he turned back at them "I hope your happy, cause I never should've come here if Scamp wasn't going to be invited." In a harsh dissapointment for not seeing his best friend downstairs at the party.

As soon as everybody else left, they all started to clean up, but Tramp suddenly felt a trend in his heart, he stopped what he was doing, sat down on the sofa, and covered his face with his hands

"Pidge, I don't think that was such a good idea after all, we should've invited him." Tramp said.

He then went upstairs, apologized to Scamp, and hugged him. 

Then everybody else came upstairs and apologized to him.

"Scamp, If we can make it up to you we saved you some food and drink." Annette said trying to cheer him up

"Well ok. but I threw my costumes in the trash, cause I was mad at you." Scamp said\

Lady then picked Scamp up and took him downstairs where he ate what was left of the food.

Shadow came back and hugged Lady

"Ms. Lady even though I'm still a bit upset with you for not inviting him this is very nice what you are doing."

Scamp then paused and started to cry.

"HEY COME ON EVERYBODY WE'VE GOT A HALLOWEEN PARTY TO FINISH!!!!!!!!!!!" Angel shouted 

Scamp started to walk back upstairs but Lady stopped him

"Scamp, your invited!"

"Thanks mom!" Scamp said hugging Lady, he then went outside dug out his Darth Vader costume which was still clean and went back inside, everybody else came back not mad at them anymore for what they did to Scamp and partied not just for them but for Scamp while they were partying Collette and Angel came up to Scamp took him in the kitchen and kissed him on his cheeks.

"Scamp, we promise to never too anything foolish like that again." Collette said

"We'll ok but am I invited to this one?" Scamp asked

"Yes" Angel said

"Collette can you leave please, I got to do something to Angel

"Sure" Collette then left

"Angel, I've got a surprise for you." Scamp said

"What?" Angel asked

Scamp then grabbed her, pulled her close to him, and kissed her on the lips when he was done Angel then jumped on top of him and gently rubbed her finger in circles on him.

"Your hot, tenderfoot." Angel said

She then kissed him on his lips and together they had the best halloween night ever
