Fang probably doesn't like her much beacause Rose was born a house pet. Unlike any of the other pups in Fang's gang.

It's kind of Fang's personality, actually, peeps. Fang is all over female pups who either show little or no interest in him, but he just doesn't know what to do with a girl who switched it around on him. So he plays it "cool" and keeps his distance. Plus, yes, a tiny part of his mind screams "ANNOYING LITTLE REDHEAD!" She may be beautiful, sweet, and innocent, but she WAS once a House Dog, and her drool-over-him attitude just doesn't appeal to him.

Believe it or not, a girl who worships him is NOT Fang's ideal female.

Well there can be many reasons why Fang ignores Rose:

He ignores her on purpose

He thinks she's annoying

Or he just simply doesn't like her and feels sorry for her

@Angellove: Actually it is more along the lines of what Bluewolf said. The argument of attention isn't really viable since Fang ignores Rose most of the time.

Actually Blue, I think the reason why Rose likes Fang is because he gave Rose the one thing she always wanted: attention. I say that because Rose's mother only gave Rose attention when it involved Roses's looks. So when she met Fang, she fell for him because he was actually being nice to her.

Rose isn't really wearing a collar, it's more of a scarf thing. I think Rose is young, and her crush on Fang isn't much different than the affections of a young girl who is easily impressed by a proud boy.
