Well I do think Aff' and Fang would make an adorable couple! With Affy's spunky and tough exterior and Fang's over confident and cool self, who wouldn't want them to be a couple!

Afghanna is the closest thing Fang has to a best friend, you're right. She understands him completely, and she hardly loses her temper with him. I think they'd be good together...IF she'd let herself like him in that way, which she won't.

I think Affy having a crush is very surprising! And if she had to choose between the males she DOES know, I think she would pick Fang because her and Skip are more like brother and sister!

I hadn't created her till I'd written Rivalry: Part 3, because I figured they needed an even number, and wouldn't it be cute if Fang had a pup who was crazy about him, and he never even acknowledged her?

LOL! Affy, if you look again at her bio, she's not the romance type. But she did have a love life a while ago, when she was a bit younger. Think 8-years-old for a human, same young age for her. His name was Romeo. In Adventures in Fang's Gang, I've already written a short story called 'Romeo and Afghanna'. It will explain why she doesn't want another love interest. If she had to choose between the males she DOES know...

And to you, Angellove, whom I believe has a VERY good point:

Fang DOES treat the House Pet Spaniel triplets like an older brother would, but he doesn't have flirtatious feelings for them anymore at all. Living with them made him realize he wanted a family, sisters like them. It didn't matter to him that they were House Pets...but you'd never catch HIM admitting that.

As for Angel, you must remember, she wasn't ALWAYS a House Dog. She's got the 'tude of a Street Dog, and Fang adores her spunky personality. Rose isn't all that spunky herself. She's sweet and sorta a pushover. Angel's the opposite of that. In the end, Fang's dream girl may always have a touch of Angel in it, not so much Rose. But we'll see, won't we?

But I guess it's up to Dover to decide if the gang will ever acknowledge Rose.
