Stigma

I want to render an imagine with my character and the female pup that appears in the beginning of the second movie ( https://www.google.ro/search?q=the+female+pup+in+lady+and+the+tramp+2&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjJ55O91tLYAhVCI1AKHe5YD40Q_AUICigB&biw=1242&bih=588#imgrc=dNEBvmzVsd2pZM: ), but I didn't see an official page for her and I really don't want my image to be deactivated just because I didn't tag all the characters. So is it possible to ":adopt" her and give her a name?

If its a side character that doesn't have a name, you're welcome to make a version of your own of them to use if you want, but unless that side character is signficant to your own's story, you don't have to.
