Is it possible to blend images with MS Paint? And if you can, how?
Best answer :
wolfy mutt
Unfortunately, you can't blend images with MSPaint. You'll have to buy or download an image editing program that has the option of layers, like Photoshop or Gimp, which I use.
Here's the link to the website so you can download Gimp (it's automatically a free program) : http://www.gimp.org/downloads/
