I made a blank render in Gimp 2.6 and uploaded it on the site. Already, I know that if an image is too big for Aimation Source's limited size ting, the image wil be pixilated and hard to color. I told whoever wanted to use it to PM me for the Paint version and when I sent it to them, they told me it isn't Paint friendly, but when I copy it into Gimp, it colors just fine. Can anybody help me with this? (Also, I don't have MS Paint on my laptop, just Gimp)

PNG blurs the lines. MS Paint will only work with renders that have solid lines. You'll have to save your render as either Gif format or BMP.
