Jewel was born to Scamp and Angel. She is a lot  like her mother. She has level head on her shoulders and is adventurous like her father. She is also street wise like her grandfather Tramp. She is a sweet girl and she enjoys walks through veterans park. One day she saw a dog  being catches by a dog catcher. She ran over and helped the young dog escape and she found out his name was Charcoal. They started to be become friends and she eventually ended up having a crush on him.
