Parents: Her mom is a prized purebred show dog and her father a purebred stud

Personality: Generally easygoing unless treated wrongly. Was often teased by the junkyard dogs for being a purebred as well as having a cutesy name and she didn't mind it all too much. Also, if the circumstances are particularly bad, she tends to jump to conclusions and be very accusitory/confrontational. She has a mischievous side and enjoys causing mayhem with the junkyard dogs.

Friends: 

Buster- Fifi gets along very well with Buster, even more so after Tramp left the gang to be with Lady. Buster, despite being the main dog teasing her for her name and breed, liked Fifi ok. However, he allowed her to be caught by the dog catcher uptown in place of him. 

Enemies:

Tramp- Though she has now forgiven him for breaking her heart, she hated him for the longest time after catching him with Chiquita. 

Chiquita- In a misdirected sense of anger, Fifi disliked Chiquita for being the dog Tramp left her for. She has since let go of her hatred for Chiquita, as she realized she was not to blame in the slightest. 

 The Dogcatcher- Fifi is not very fond of the dog catcher for obvious reasons. 

Relation to Lady and the Tramp: Mentioned in the first film as one of Tramp's past lovers.

History:

Born the runt of litter of seven purebred dalmatians. Since she didn't qualify for show, she was often treated poorly by her siblings. Combined with the fact that her mother was pretty apathetic towards her, she decided to run off and become a street dog.

After learning the ways of the street, she made a good living for herself. The dog catcher could never get her and she took pride in that fact. She was introduced to another dog that was just like that named Tramp. She became friends with him and was introduced to the junkyard dogs. She found street life to be even more pleasurable running with these dogs. Fifii soon began to fall for Tramp and she ended up becoming his girlfriend. 

Eventually Tramp began to stop hanging with her as frequently. She went to investigate and turns out he was now with a chihuahua called Chiquita, as she found them laying together. She questioned them and figured out Tramp was a career womanizer. She absolutely hated him, and when Tramp eventually ended up with Lady, she got along much better with a jealous Buster. 

When the junkyard dogs traveled to city north of the junkyard and she was caught by the dogcatcher. Buster of course, did nothing to help her. She had the notion of "every junkyard dog for himself" (or in this case, herself) and harbored no ill wil towards him.

A few days later she escaped from the pound and back in town, she ran into Tramp and his forever mate, Lady. The two were looking for their lost puppy, Scamp. She forgave him for breaking her heart and told the two that she hoped they woud find Scamp and that she'd keep an eye out.
