He is a really calm pup who would rather love than hate someone.One of his very close friends Cyrus has helped him through tough times and they are unseparable. Todd got his name from an old friend of scamps and since then that is what everybody has called him.He usually is a quiet pup and followes all the rules.One day he was eventually adopted by tramp and lady.
