Personality: Pelasco can be very romantic and charming sometimes when it comes to the ladies, but no other lady loves him as much as Ione does. He can also get into fights with dogs when they will not let go of his sisters, and loves doing anything that involves Ione in it. Pelasco can be very kind sometimes, too unless any dog annoys or irritates him at  the time. He hates dogs that want to get into his business and find out all about his bad memories to make him sad and tell every dog in the world. Pelasco can be very charming sometimes but when it comes to doing anything that involves Ione in it, he is very gladly rightful proud and glad to play with Ione and take walks with her anywhere she wants to go.

History: Julia, Dara,Perseus, and Pelasco were at the park playing soccer with a soccer ball they had found and of course Scamp and Angel stop by and ask if they would like to take and adventure with them, and they all said "Sure!" Pelasco responded "Maybe some other time." and walked away back to the streets. Pelasco spots a pretty female dog and asks "Hey, what might your name be?" The dog responds "My name's Ione and you, handsome?" Pelasco blushed at the compliment and noticed that he was blushing and then stopped right then and there and told Ione "Name's Pelasco, hey wanna go hang out over at the creek?" Ione answered "Sure! Anything as long as it's with you!" and hugged Pelasco. Pelasco in shock hugged her back and leaded her into the most wonderful and prettiest place in the creek, Ione in shock told Pelasco she loved the place and time went by so fast that it was getting late, but Pelasco wanted to stay so he stayed at  the creek and slept there in the moonlight with Ione. The next day, Pelasco went straight to find Julia and Dara but couldn't find them and they turned out to be in the junkyard with Buster who was trying to bite them, but Pelasco as their protective and handsome brother stood in front of Buster protecting his sisters and bit Buster. Buster scowled and ran out of the junkyard and ended up going to the pound, but Pelasco did not mind at all when Buster got caught by the dogcatcher and sent to the pound, in fact he kind of felt better now, but there was one junkyard dog who didn't feel happy at all and she was now mad at Pelasco for putting Buster in the dog pound. She stood up howled, and came closer to the dog "WHY?" She asked and Pelasco responded "He wanted to hurt my sisters, and I wasn't going to let him to." Ruby said "If he doesn't! Then I will!" She yelled at Pelasco, but Pelasco just shook his head No and said "Not while I'm around to protect them." Ruby answered "We'll see about that!" and grabbed Julia and Dara by the scruff of their necks and was about to bite them at the same time until Pelasco came with Ione and saved them and Ruby was trapped by menacing dogs without the rest of the gang, and got beaten up by the new mean menacing dogs who claimed the landfill as their territory now. Pelasco saw Ione once again at the meeting and then tears of joy filled her eyes and she hugged Pelasco and then Pelasco and Ione walked away together and slept in the moonlight together that night, and from that day on he and Ione had become a couple and mates forever. Pelasco also one day saw his brother,Perseus racing with Julia  and asked if he could join and Perseus said "Sure!" and then he had a race with his sister, Julia and brother, Perseus. Then Scamp and Angel wanted to join so Julia, Perseus, and Pelasco said "Sure! The more the merrier!" to them, too and so that is how they all raced on a sunny beautiful day together with each other and had a great race together.
