Bio: Dover and his sisters used to be strays together when they were seperated by different owners. Dover, Cleo, and Rosie all had the same owners. He found Ursula, a purebred Cocker Spaniel who loves Dover. Dover found out that he lived next door to Scamp and his family. Dover plays with Scamp a lot, but hates it when Scamp's sister, Colette comes out to bug them.

Dover also hates the fact that he lives across the street from a pesky little mutt named Nora. Nora loves Dover but Dover doesn't like her back. Ursula and Nora fight over Dover sometimes.
