History: Lucky was born in an animal shelter, that rescued his mother when she was pregnant. He was soon adopted by a small family that wanted a young playful puppy. He was adored and the family brought him home as quick as they could. They were a nice two-child family, who just moved into a new house with lots of space and a big backyard. Having kids to play with was the best thing in the world for Lucky. He was never bored and as a puppy, he had energy to burn.
It was soon realized that the neighbors also had puppies. Lucky was soon introduced to Scamp and Angel. The three became very good friends and even Scamp's sisters took a liking to Lucky, who made sure to seem like a gentlemen in front of them. They would play often whenever their owners thought it was a good idea. The two families became very close and Lucky found him and Scamp becoming best friends.
Then, one day, Lucky was out in the backyard playing alone since the kids were at school and Scamp was out somewhere with his family. Lucky was fooling around with his new, and very annoying, squeaky toy when he tossed it up in the air, and it landed on the other side of the fence. Lucky couldn't stand the thought of loosing his toy, so he quickly dug a hole under the fence to crawl through and get his toy. While on the other side of the fence, he realized the great opportunity he had. Lucky was smart, and knew his way around the neighborhood. It seemed impossible for him to get lost, so what was the harm in exploring? Lucky started on his adventure through the neighborhood, with no leash. He was enjoying himself seeing familiar places in a new way.
Suddenly, a noise startles Lucky. He looked down the alley way, where the noise came from to find a large Doberman going through some trash. The large Doberman saw the puppy and growled at him, to scare him away. It worked because Lucky quickly ran away. The Doberman was about to chase after him, but was stopped when he saw Tramp walking by with his family. Jim was taking all his dogs for a nice walk when he spotted Lucky alone. He quickly picked up the scared puppy and brought him home. The next day, Lucky was again out in the yard playing when someone called him. He walked over to the fence to see the same Doberman. He introduced himself as Buster. After Buster's encounter with Scamp, he lost everything. Even the junkyard dogs. He was all alone but wanted revenge. Buster told Lucky a fake story about he used to have a gang of junkyard dogs but they broke up when some humans caught him. He explained all her wanted to do was show some other dogs, and puppies, about how much fun it is to be out with just other dogs and no worries. He offered Lucky a walk around town to see some interesting sights. Lucky, feeling sorry for Buster, said yes and snuck out to have an adventure. Buster was able to pretend and be nice while showing Lucky a good time. Enjoying his time spent with Buster, Lucky met up with him when ever he could. Lucky did not forget his family or friends however. He did take part in pranks with Buster, such as stealing some meat from a meat truck but there was nothing too serious.
Buster's true plan was put into action when he told Lucky to get his friend, Scamp, to join them. Lucky thought that was a great idea so he told Scamp about some crazy fun he was having, but did not mention Busters name as instructed, and Scamp agreed to follow him. They met up with Buster in an alley but before Scamp realized it was Buster, his collar was ripped clean off. Scamp looked at Lucky, shocked his friend would take part in anything Buster had to do, and before he knew it Buster pushed Scamp out on the street. A car came straight to him but, thankfully, stopped just in time. Lucky questioned Buster about what he was doing and Buster decided to explain everything about his plan. Seeing he was tricked, Lucky went to help Scamp but was stopped when he realized the car that almost hit Scamp was the dog catcher's truck. Scamp was scooped up and thrown in the back then carried off to the pound. Lucky chased after it, determined to save his friend. The car stopped at the pound and Lucky acted fast, using his intelligence to open the lock. Scamp was shocked to see the doors open, with Lucky standing there. The two ran off and surprisingly escaped the dog catcher. Lucky explained everything to Scamp, who forgave his friend, and they returned home hoping to never be involved in this again.
Buster was never seen again and as time went on Lucky grew into a very smart dog. His best friend was still Scamp. As a young teenager, he was enjoying life. Then, he ran into a beautiful cocker spaniel named Princess. she was in town for a dog show and the two enjoyed a fun yet short conversation. They didn't meet for a while after that but Lucky couldn't shake her from his mind. He was shocked to hear the news that Princess was gone. Her owner was looking everywhere for her, and soon became desperate. It was even worse when Lucky saw Princess perfectly fine and wandering the street. She explained to him that she had run away to become a stray with some friends. She offered to show him how much fun it was and he came along, hoping to be able to convince her she belonged with the woman who loved her. They arrived at an abandoned house filled with other dogs. They were all playing and having fun. While on Princess's tour, Lucky heard some strange whispering about her from the other dogs. He snuck away to figure out what it was. He heard about a plan to steal food from every great food place and they decided if they were caught, then they'd put Princess in their place and blame her. Lucky ran over to Princess to tell her everything. Even after hearing the news, she did not believe it. Lucky tried to convince he knew what it was like to be tricked and she had a chance to stop it before it was too late. She ignored him so he carefully watched her from afar.
The day did come when their plan was put into action. Princess went along while the stole the best meat from a fancy restaurant. The dogs were seen so they hid in a room but were cornered. The handed the meat over to Princess and ditched her. Lucky jumped into action. Getting Princess out of there before she was seen. Lucky became her hero, who she wished she'd listen to. He returned her home, where she won her dog show. The two spent a lot of time together after that and Lucky showed her how to have good fun, without forgetting about her home. Soon, the two fell in love and although Princess's owner wanted Princess to breed with another purebred, she decided to let it go since Lucky was such a nice dog.
