Bio: Billy was abandoned when he was just a pup. His father died a few hours before he was born, and his mother died shortly after he was born. Reggie found him sleeping beside his dead mother and raised him as his own son. One day, something made him go crazy and he attacked his own son. Billy ran away, scared, stopping only to eat and rest. He eventually ended up at the junkyard, when he was greeted by Angel. Both became friends quickly and he was starting to feel something more for her. Unfortunately, at that time, she had already known Scamp and she was in love with him. When she left with Scamp, he was left all alone, heartbroken. One day, Angel and Scamp had a fight and Angel went to the junkyard crying. She found Billy and he asked why she was crying, and she explained everything. Some weeks later, Billy told her that he was in love with her and she said that she was in love with him, too.
