History: Samual has been a house pet all of his life, he actually loved Snob Hill more than the street life that he lived with his friends at times. Once, while out walking the streets, Samual ran into his younger cousin, Dexter, and his friends. T.P's gang quickly accepted Sammy into their group but Samual wanted Dexter to live "the life of luxury" with him. Dexter refused and caused Sammy to have a bit of a temper, but the brown puppy soon calmed down; he understood Dexter's decision perfectly.

After that, Sammy ran into Angel, another house pet who lived on his block. He immediately fell for her, but Angel liked another mutt, Scamp. Not seeing a reason for her to choose Scamp over him, Samual instantly made friends with the yellow dog and began trying to get her to forget about Scamp and venture out with him. Angel was disgusted at his offering and quickly left Sammy alone. Though he hates the fact that Dexter turned down his offer, Samual still hangs with his baby cousin and his stray friends, and he also still tries to get Angel to see what's in him that isn't in Scamp.
