Personality: Sweet and shy, he's usually very quiet but not because he's a scaredy-cat who doesn't want to be noticed. He just doesn't like unnecessary attention and only speaks when need be. He's a perfect gentleman who likes to be kind to girls and finds it rude otherwise. He rarely crushes on the females he speaks with but enjoys making friends with them. However, he's often disappointed in this way as most of his female friends end up crushing on him and leave him when they find out he doesn't feel the same. He cherishes everyone he befriends however and sees it as a new adventure each time.

History: He was the runt of the litter, born to a petshop cocker spaniel who was used just as a breeding dog. The mother dog was used to having her children taken away but couldn't bear for it to happen again. She ran away with her young pups and went to live on the street, looking up the the so-called hero of the town, Tramp. When she met him, he was already courting another female, which deeply upset her, so she turned to Buster for comfort. She fell in love with him, believing he felt the same and told the pups that he was their father. Scooter (then named Scruffy to match with his siblings), was the only one who could really tell the difference between them and their 'father'. When he tried to tell his siblings, they shunned him and his mother disowned him for his disbelief. He ran away, slowly finding his way into town where he was found by an old man. Presuming him to have escaped from the nearby petshop, the old man took him there only to find this was not the case. Either way, he took a shine to the pup and adopted him anyway, naming him Scooter.

Scooter grew up happy. While at the park one day, he saw Lady and Tramp with their four pups (though they were closing in on a year old by this point) and Angel. He watched them happily but wished he could join in. He fell asleep and was woken by Danielle, the most tomboyish of the four girls. She bid him to play with her and her siblings and they had a fun time together, becoming close friends. She was different to her sisters, they mostly sat around with their mother and humans, while she played with Scamp and Angel. Scooter liked this about her and promised he'd see her again. He soon found this would be a lot easier than he thought as it turned out they both lived on ''Snob Hill'' and he visited her often afterwards. He wasn't sure that Scamp approved, being almost a year older than them, but he tried his best to show he meant no harm. Now, he's just friends with Danielle.

As My Character: Based sort of off Scooter from the Scamp comic. Design based off an image I found of the semi-official Scooter. Personality also slightly similar but mostly my own. 

Relation to LatT: Close friends with Danielle, Lady and Tramp's daughter.
