I personally know who the hacker was, and it was NOT somebody who is a member on the site. I want for everyone to calm down and, once I get to be a mod on the hub again, I'll go through and delete some of these comments. If you want to have an argument--about TYPOS?--then take it elsewhere. If you want to make accusations at members, keep your thoughts to yourself. The point is, this emergency is basically over, so it will do NOBODY ANY good to keep talking about it.

Lucario did it... why can't you all see that? He said himself in the chatbox that he keeps in contact with Hitler and other past trolls. Plus, he crashed Animation Alter once... I bet he did the same thing here because he wasn't getting his way. Remember the tribunal? Lucario quit being a mod before people could vote him out (because it was going that way)... then he came back a few days later. And right before this attack, Lucario left the site... If this isn't proof that it's Lucario, I don't know what is! How can Lucario assure us the site wont be trolled again unless it was him doing the trolling? He left the site, then trolled it so he could come back and look like the hero. DUH PEOPLE.

And Skul, I'd suggest you stop offering up information, you're just prolonging the rage. Just stop and let people get over it.

Really? That's good, out here i only know about three kids who are good at spelling, then lots of medium spellers, then several bad spellers. I got my spell checker to work, awesome! i just had to download the google tool bar again, whadayaknow!

You're right, the whole thing is rather amusing, but it's a bit of a bummer for the site creators. I've read quite a few of the comments on here, and many people are acting like this is the end of world. May I add that there are much worse things going off in the world, so worrying about a site is not really worth it. I beg to differ. I know plenty of kids that can spell perfectly fine. It's not hard. And with all the spell checks there are out there now for the internet there is zero reason anyone should make as many spelling errors as people here do.

Actually, i typed the typo on purpose just to annoy you. Yeah, my toolbar doesn't work, i figured that out. I do agree with you about how dumb all this stuff about the hack is though. I bet the mods are laughing at us too, we're arguing about spelling, good times, good times.

Let me enlighten you people;

1) There is no proof that anyone was hacked, it was most likely a mod or admin that was annoyed and abused their power (and I can see why).

2) If it was hacked, they did nothing illegal. No personal information appears to have been stolen (how would it have been?), everything was restored and no viruses were placed anywhere. Everyone should really just get over it and move on. Idle threats will probably just make the troll laugh and want to troll again.

3) Learn how to spell and write, nobody will take you seriously until you do. You should have learned this in first grade.

4) This site is not that important. Even Steet said it. Get over it and relax. Tibb, Lax and a few others have pointed out how ridiculous you all look and you should listen to them because they seem like the most intelligent people here. Even Maverick is sitting back and laughing at this whole situation. It's not a big deal, it's actually pretty funny and it's all fixed now so stop whining.

I'm sure people will freak out now because they think that this site is the most important thing in the world, and then they'll probably tell the troll who hasn't been here in days because he/she is busy having a life that THEY need to get a life which is hypocritical and ridiculous. A lot of you look like complete idiots right now. I do have a suggestion though, since every single browser except Internet Explorer has a built in (free) spell checker now, why not use one of those? OR download a toolbar for Internet Explorer that has a built in spell checker (free), or if you're making a long post like that take the 2 seconds to post it into Word Perfect and not embarrass yourself.

I'm not sure because i can't here the tone of your voice, but that sounded like sarcasam. I do have spell check on Word Perfect, but it dosn't correct my typing on any websites, or anything other than when i'm typing on Word Perfect, so sorry.

You're welcome. And I'm sorry to hear that you have an out of date computer. I know that Microsoft has only offered Spell Check software for free since about 1995 and I often forget that most people haven't made the leap to Windows 95 yet.

Sorry for having an out of date computer, but i don't get the red line when i'm typing a post on this site, and sorry for misspelling. I'm not an adult yet, i'm still learning. Even adults are still learning, so don't try changing the subject off of your mistake. Shade1515, the only "catastrufy" was that post. When your browser trolls with you a big red line under what you write it means "HEY THAT'S NOT A WORD FIX IT". I mean it's a BIG RED LINE. Pay attention to it. It's easier than ever to spell things correctly now. I refuse to take anything you have to say seriously if you think that "catastrufy" is a word. I have no idea who trolled this site and it's awful what they did, but I almost understand why they got annoyed with this place. Everyone stop acting like you're five and learn proper spelling and sentence structure please. This is embarrassing.

I'm just as shocked as everyone else is, but guess what? These things can happen on the Internet. SHOCK~! Still, we should be glad to have people that were able to save and work hard on restoring accounts and other things because clearly most of us cannot.

To the crazed fans that were freaking out: Oh my gosh... just freaking chill, okay? It's just a website. I did other things during the day and if you're so dependent on the AS sites, maybe you should find a hobby outside of the Internet? It helps.

I think that's all that needs to be said. This is just one of those obstacles that we all face when we use the Internet. It'll suck sometimes, just like this attack, but thanks to smart people on this site, things will get better for AS and all of the sites - you'll see. Again, CHILL. I have, so you can too.

Steet how do you not care? This is a matter of national security. This is like 911 but even worse. You need to be like George Bush and make a heartfelt speech and quote the bible and stuff. Skulblaka_Shur'tugal is definitely the troll. There's overwhelming evidence for it. He even admitted that he was upset that nobody liked his web site designs and that's why he was trolling. He also trolled under his account well before any other accounts were hacked.

Thank you steet, perhaps now everyone can calm down. i can't believe how bad this got! that hacker did teach me somthing though, it taught me who the mature ones on this site are, and who the others are. So, again, thank you steet, i'll be glad that the sites are back, and i hope you had a good vacation. i could probably log back into my account now too.

Braveheart, it is NOTHING like 9/11, it's horrible to even compare a small incident like this with that horrible disaster. hundereds of people lost there lives in that! if someone lost there life because of this site it's pathetic, very pathetic.
