The Last Wars is a Manga series in the making by Yoshihiro Takahashi himself. The first publication came out in May 2015. This story takes place after Ginga Densetsu Weed: Orion when the puppies are older. Vicious bears that resemble and are related Akakabuto attack Ou's dogs. This brings back similar feelings amongst the older Ou dogs (when they fought Akakabuto the demonic bear).  Ginga, The Last Wars may potentially be the last Ginga story from Yoshihiro Takahashi, it also is coming out to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Ginga universe.
