Reima is a Japanese Wolf and the leader of the clan known as Soldiers of the Palace. He swore to get his kingdom back with the help of the Eight Canine Warriors of Sirius by defeating Gaia, his mortal enemy.

In the Wolf Arc in GNG, Reima lures Gin by kidnapping Cross and her pups, since it had come to his knowledge that Gin knows the Battouga. Reima wants to defeat Gaia and get back the lands that have been taken over by Gaia. Gin is ready to help and together, they enter Gaia's territory. The other wolf attack and Reima has his left paw chomped off. Gaia then attacks Gin and almost kills him but Reima, despite the wound, saves the akita. During the two wolves' fight, an earthquake shakes the land.

A landslide buries Reima in and, after he said goodbye to his soldiers, he dies silently.
