Description
Oaken owns a shop and spa, which Anna happens upon while trying to find Elsa.
Oaken is seen to bump up the prices of his items significantly in order to take advantage of desperate travelers, as is shown when he marks the price of simple snow shoes to five times their original price. Despite this, he does not appreciate being called a "crook," and when Kristoff calls him one, he throws him out of his shop.
