If she honestly thinks she owns the rights to putting hats on characters, she's a little confused. Put hats on any character you want, don't worry about it. I have characters with hats (not on here yet of course)
You're no art thief, trust me. This is however a more serious issue if she accepted a trade form you, and then backed out of it after you posted your part. If she calls me nosy, let her. I can't stand to see people get picked on like this :/
