Personality: Bone is often described as a serious dog. A lot of responsibility was placed on him from a young age by his master, and he is intent on doing his job as best he can. With this in mind, he rarely strays from his task, and is always determined to finish it with the best possible outcome. He also keeps a calm, cool mindset, unlike his sister Dana. Bone always manages to keep himself calm to best do his job and deal with any situation. However, there are times when he can get angry, and he enjoys the thrill of competition. He's a smart dog who keeps his eye on the ball, and doesn't leave a task unfinished, making him a hard worker who's dedicated to his craft. He possesses the intelligence and rationality to have a realistic goal in mind, and the ability to complete it. He tends to seem cold, and isn't very open with others. He prefers keeping personal details exactly that-personal. He doesn't trust strangers much, and tends to come off as stand-offish when it comes to first meetings. It takes a long time to warm up to him and get him to open up, and thus far, he only trusts his sister with his problems.

History: Bone was the first born of Cash and Dixie's first litter, along with their other mate, Agnetha. In the few weeks before he was adopted off along with his sister, Bone and Dana constantly played together, as well as with Lyle, Wyatt, and Molly, Granny Rose's pups. Bella was kept away from them, as she wouldn't be adopted out, and he in turn didn't grow very close with her. Before they knew it, Dana and Bone were adopted to new homes. Bone ended up being adopted by a hunter who lived near Dana's new farm, and after discovering this fact, Bone worked to see his sister as often as possible. However, most of his early days were spent training to hunt so he could help his master. When the winter came, Bone went on his first hunt, and was very successful.

Bone continued to live at his master's home, and each week managed a visit with Dana, who had become a guard dog at a local farm. Unfortunately, due to their traveling, Bone was never very close with his real parents. His owner didn't take him to the fair as Dana's owner did, and so he hasn't seen his parents since he was adopted off. The following fall, Bone's master joined a man named Amos Slade in hunting, and Bone worked alongside a dog named Copper and his partner, Jade. They got along rather well, and Bone enjoyed Jade's company during this time, however they lived too far from one another to interact on a daily basis.
