Some stuff about me: 

• Me! I am a 12 year old girl from a certain state in the US, and I would describe myself as spazzy, nice, crazy(very), athletic, competitive, lots of other things. You can call me Iris, Delena, or anything else you come up with, as long as I do not not request you stop. It bothers me to no end when someone calls me a nickname I do not like to be called. More info on the nicknames in "Other random."  
• Books! I love to read. I like reading fantasy most, but I like teen romances as well, but it depends. My favorite authors are Tamora Pierce, Shannon Hale, Gail Carson Levine, and Phyllis Reynolds Naylor. I also like/love Rick Riordan, Kristen Cashore, Soman Chainani, and Jean Craighead George. Many more, too, but mostly these.
• Music! I love music quite possibly more than anything. I like a lot of different kinds of music. Rock, mostly, but also blues, some classical and Celtic, and a little pop. My favorite band is U2(I'm obsessed), I also love Pink Floyd, Loreena McKennit, B.B. King(pretty much any blues, really), Rainbow, Led Zeppelin, Prince, Queen, the Eagles, ELO/Electric Light Orchestra, Hall & Oates, Christina Perri, Christina Aguilera, and more.
• Writing and RPs! I love to write. Song lyrics, poetry, stories(though I have yet to write anything good in that category). Since its what I'm best at with writing, I love to RP. I do it a lot, though every few months or so I don't want to do it for a while, from lack of inspiration, then I'm searching frantically for someone to RP with(and thank you, Let Me be Free, for being there for me in those times by accepting my offers to RP).
• TV Shows! My favorite show is Fringe. I'm a Whovian and a Brony(not the creepy kind, just an MLP fan), I also love Parks and Recreation, Flash(SO awesome), Grey's Anatomy, New Girl...
• Random...this I do not accept random friend requests; I do not see the point in doing so. Get to know me first!
• Other random I am secretly the Sweet Child that Axl Rose so enjoys singing about; Axis Rose is my name. Okay, none of this is true, but I'd love it if people called me Axis. My other nicknames are Delena and...nothing else that isn't restricted to certain people. Which is why I want people to call me Axis! Or Iris! Or something they come up with(if I approve it)! • Other other I can be quite the affectionate person, although normally not online. Mostly just at my family, and sometimes at my closest friends, such as HorseGirlLove and Let Me be Free.
• Movies! My favorite movie is Moulin Rouge. I also love Stardust, Kiki's Delivery Service, Fly Away Home, Tangled, Beyond the Lights, Dirty Dancing, and more.
• Instruments! I recently began learning to play piano. I tried playing violin for about a week, but decided I didn't like it. I also play guitar a little. Mostly I sing. I count it as an instrument, because you're using you vocal chords. I know, I'm weird.
• Concerts! So far, in order, I have seen Bonnie Raitt, Joe Bonamassa, Buddy Guy, and U2. I did, indeed, sob and cry and scream and lose my voice a little and it was, so far, the biggest moment of my life, seeing as U2 is my favorite band, and seeing them live was my most important wish since I was nine. I saw Joe Bonamassa again this August.
• Songs! My current favorite songs are Patience by Guns N Roses, Landslide by Stevie Nicks, Fine On the Outside by Priscilla Ahn, Last Train Home by the Pat Metheny Group, and Jensen Ackles's cover of Wild Mountain Thyme.
