Patch's Great San

                                   Francisco Adventure

It was a fine day. Birds were chirping. The sun was shining. It was silent. Until....

"Comon, guys! Thunderbolt is coming on!" a small dalmatian puppy yelled. As soon as that was said, all 101 dalmatians ran into the living room. Barking and yelling, "Thunderbolt!"

Pongo blocked the TV and announced, "No time for shows today, puppies." All the puppy whined and awwwed. "But why not, dad?" a puppy named Patch asked.

"Don't you know what today is?" Pongo asked the young puppies. It than hit them like a bat on a baseball. "It's moving day!" they all shouted excitedly.

"To where?" Pongo quizzed them. "San Francisco!" they shouted happily."And when?" Pongo asked. "Today!" they all shouted.

It was than time to go. "Comon, puppies! Including you, Patch." Anita said. "I'm coming, dearests." the Nanny said. Patch groaned. "Mom, dad, do I have to go?" Patch asked.

Pongo and Perdita knew why he was so scared. "Don't worry, Patch. You won't get lost this time." Perdita assured Patch. Patch smiled slightly and they all got into the truck. They were soon on their way to San Francisco.

They got to San Francisco. All the puppies ran out anxiously and explored. Pongo and Perdita just relaxed watching them. "Hey, Patch! Want to play hide-and-seek?" Spot asked.

"Sure!" Patch said excitedly.

"Ok. You count. I hide. Ready, set, go!" Spot ran off to hide. Patch counted to ten and looked for Spot. He wandered quite far from their new home.

After awhile, Spot stopped hiding and decided that Patch quit. So, he went inside with the rest to eat. He was right. Patch did quit. However, it wasn't because he go tired or bored.

It was because he realized that he was lost.

Patch wandered aimlessly through the woods. He was very scared. He didn't know how to get home.

Meanwhile, Pongo and Perdita counted to see if all the puppies were inside. "Ninety-eight, ninety-nine, one hundred." Perdita than realized that Patch wasn't there.

"Pongo! Patch is missing!" Perdita yelled in a scared tone. "We will find him. When we do, we should keep a very close eye on him. Who knows if he will get lost again or not." Pongo reassured Perdita.

"I am so scared. I don't know where I am or how to get home." Patch whispered sadly. He wandered around, searching for a sign of home. He kept sniffing the ground to see if he can sniff out anyone from his family. With no luck.

Meanwhile, Nanny was putting the puppies to bed. She realized Patch was missing. "Anita! Patch is gone!" "Gone?" Anita asked. She looked. And, as the Nanny had said, Patch wasn't there. "We will find him." Roger assured Anita.

Pongo and Perdita whimpered. They lied down in the same room as the puppies and fell asleep. All that was on their minds was: "Will we ever find Patch?"

Patch found a small looking cave. He walked over to it and lied down, see no dangers. However, a big creature came in and saw Patch. It growled and Patch jumped up scared.

"What are you doing in my den?" the creature asked. "Who and what are you?" Patch asked. "I didn't hear an answer. I heard a question." the creature growled at Patch.

"I-I-I am lost." Patch stuttered. The creature stopped growling and tilted its head. "Lost?" it repeated. Patch nodded. The creature chuckled and said, "I will now answer your question. I am Ashack. A wolf."

Patch smiled and said, "Nice to meet you. I'm Patch." Ashack smiled and said, "So, you are lost?" "Yes." Patch answered. "How did you get lost?"

"Well, my brother, Spot and I were playing hide-and-go-seek. I was the seeker. Spot was the hider. I counted to ten and started looking. Soon, I found myself to be lost. I wandered around, scared. I didn't know what to do. Than, I found this cave. Than you showed up." Patch explained.

Ashack chuckled. "Well, I will help you get home. If you want." Ashack offered with a smile. "Ok!" Patch accepted happily. Ashack smiled at the pup's anxiousness. "We will leave tomorrow morning."

Ashack and Patch went to sleep.

Pongo, Perdita, Roger, and Anita looked for Patch. Nanny took care of the puppies. Pongo soon found his scent and followed it. He came across a den with nobody in it. He smelled a wolf's scent mixed with Patch's. He than feared the worst.

"So, where to first?" Patch asked excitedly. Ashack smiled and smelled a similar scent to Patch's. "Comon! I may have found them." They ran along the scent trail. The bushed then raddled.

Oooohhh cliffhanger! Was it Patch's family? Or a scam? Will Pongo, Perdita, Anita and Roger find him?

I think it was a cute story. Bluewolf it's just a fanfiction, that comment i'm sure wasn't all the encouraging.

Nice work rebekah.

Well, they seemed pretty happy where they were in England. No reason for them to move into the city with 101 dogs.
