HISTORY:

Sash grew up on a neighbouring farm to that of the Dearly farm, becoming friends with the dalmatians when they moved in. She herds the sheep living on her farmland, enjoying her responsibility and the praise she gets from her owner for doing so.

She does not live with any other dogs and gets lonely, however, so goes over to the Dearly farm to play with the dalmatians there; it is here that she meets Apollo, the stray that is also good friends with the Dearly dogs and visits when he can. Sash becomes such good friends with Apollo that she agrees to go with him on a number of occasions back to the streets where they have a number of adventures rebelling against the dog pound, breaking dogs out and generally running riot.

One day, however, Sash gets caught by the pound and Apollo ran off so as not to get captured himself. Sash's owner has to travel to the pound and claim her when she does not return home. He is so mad at her for being so disobedient that he keeps her housebound and walks her on a leash rather than let her roam.

When Apollo comes back to apologise, Sash is too mad to talk to him and tells him to leave. However, when Apollo gets himself into trouble with the pound himself, Sash gathers up some of the Dearly dalmatians and they go to rescue him where she promptly forgives him. They continue to be good friends, meeting at the Dearly farm and playing with all the Dearly animals.
