Kokomo is a rather awkward moose. He is often mistaken for being related to Rutt and Tuke, but bluntly denies it. It may be the fact he wanders with them, or just the fact he is a moose aswell. He pretends like he knows everything during an arguement, even though half the time he doesn't know what he's talking about. He is too eager to please, and will change his story/postition/likes when talking to someone. He is focused on making a nice impression.

He is also a hopeless romantic. He is known to give advice, that works, but is socially awkward around girls.

Kokomo also takes on the role of chasing off bears. Mostly cubs, but he attempt to chase off fully grown bears too. In one of his charges, he accidentally wedge one of his antlers unter the the bear. It snapped off under the weight. He uses his one good horn, and is waiting ever so patiently for spring when a new rack will appear.
