Oh, man, did anyone watch that? It was on on Friday night, and I only saw the "Best new artist in a music video" award, which was between Avenged Sevenfold, Panic! At the Disco, Angels and Airwaves, that guy who sings "You're Beautiful"(Whatever his name is) and this other person I can't remember. The winner was Avenged Sevenfold, but that was the only award I saw. Did anyone else see any of it?

I watched it like 4 times (James Blunt is his name and he won best male)
All American Rejects won best group, AFI won best rock, And I may remember some others later

They did? Awesome! They're my favorite group! (AAR, that is.)

Jack Black was the host, right? I remember coming in to the show apparently right after Panic! At the Disco played some song (I bet it was "I Write Sins Not Tragedies) and Jack Black said, "That was very well played, Panic! At the Disco." I think he would have made a good host to an MTV awards show... especially after he was in the movie "School of Rock".

the lead singer was pretty wasted when he accepted the award though
(Ridin' by camillinare won best Hip hop and Shakira won best coreography)

I saw it PLEANTY of times.I'm glad Panic!At The Disco won video of the year award,that was awsome plus a real shock because they are so new to music.

Wait, AAR's lead singer? Actually, kinda hard to believe because I didn't see it, and they don't look like the type that would get that way...

Avenged Sevenfold won best music video by a new artist, which is the only one that I saw on the show...
