Here it is, IE7 has been released officially. It will be available with the windows update starting from 1st november, although you can already download it :

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/dow ... fault.mspx

But you can only install it if you have XP SP2, which is not my case.
So, I will ask you to tell me if you encounter any bug with it on the site, and tell me here if you have it and everything was fine.

I hope there won't be any problems though...

Because when a make a site, you try to get it compatible with every browser, and it's NOT an easy task. IE7 has new functions and is very different from the previous version (which was released 5 years ago!) And since I can't test my site with it, there may be bugs, display bugs mostly.

Then I have to agree with Balto Claw, there's always the chance of IE7 causing a computer to have a bug.

Okay, well, I have it and it's VERY slow, I'm not sure if the problems on the site are caused by it or not, but since I got it when I try to click on a topic, it says 'No posts exist for this topic.' On the forums and main site, sometimes when I try to click on somebodys profile it says 'This user does not exist.' And the other day whenever I typed 'PokeRap' without a space or '...' it said I was banned, and when I try to edit my profile it says 'Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close' or something like that....of course it might just be my computer but it never used to do that. (And I checked for Viruses and Spyware, so it can't be that...)

Edit: it also changed the font on this site to be VERY small, and this site only.....

Well, this is a good thing, considering that IE6 missed a lot of things compared to Firefox.

Most of your problems don't seem to be related to the browser. The "not exists" messages does happen sometimes, at least on the forums. (little cache problems) The "..." messages were not allowed to prevent the spamming robots, but I removed that. The only thing that could be a real bug is when you edit your profile : maybe IE7 doesn't like the Spaw editor (the javascript editor in your profile) Could anyone else test that?

Although, this error :
Quote:
when I try to click on somebodys profile it says 'This user does not exist.'

shouldn't happen normally, even if not related to the browsers. If you find this happening for a particular user, tell me so that I can correct it.
