Okay, I've been noticing that on the shoutbox there have been a lot of people who have been having trouble with getting an avatar by their name...So I made this (anyone have anymore questions post here) First off, go to the main site and where it says "welcome *insert name here* there should be a link that says "edit your profile" under it. Click that and then go to the bottom of the screen...there should be a line that says "URL avatar (50 * 50 pixels) :" next to that is a box where you can put a link to an avatar (remember it should be JPG ). I hope this helps some peoples...

Did you even read the topic?

Anyway, I'm glad that someone posted this. I was tired of answering the same question 10 times a day. :lol: A nice way of explaining it, too. Just one little detail that you should add, the file type should be JPG so it can be uploaded easier.

That does sound easy enough,except changing or adding an avatar to my profile area might mean having to restart my computer,it does have the tendency to freeze up on me. :oops:

good job xD but it doesn't have to be 50x50, it will automatically resize by itself xD

I fixed it, thanks peoples. Ya I agree Kari, even though I haven't had to answer it as much as you probaly have, I found it pretty annoying as well...
