What dogs have you owned?

What breeds have you owned in the past?

For me, Archie is my first dog but my Dad's always had English Springer Spaniels. First was Cassie, a black and white spaniel then Murphy, a very good-looking brown and white spaniel and now he has Barney, once again, brown and white. Archie's a Border Collie cross.

I own a male blue merle Australian Shepherd, who is now 11 months old. He is my first dog. However, my family has owned many dogs over the years during the time I was a kid (and they were all females). We first had a black miniature poodle, then a Westhighland White Terrier, and then a succession of Old English Sheepdogs (with their coats cut short, like Farley in the comic For Better or Worse).

I used to own a Great Dane puppy named Happy. My parents gave her away. I used to own a Black lab/chow mix named Bear, we had to give him away because he got too big for the house. Now I own a white minature poodle named Kanga. He has been at my house for six years.

I've only had three dogs in my life, two still are my pets

Molly is still my main pet. She's a black Labrador and fairly young.

Ruby was a very pretty boxer puppy but we had to give her away. She's probably the prettiest dog I've ever seen.

Tia is my Dad's dog. She a German Shepherd puppy. Quite pretty.

I sure wish I owned a dog... Well, I'm going to when I grow up. I would like to have either an Alaskan Malamute, a Siberean Husky, or a German Shepherd.

In the past we've had:

Good God, that's a lot of dogs at one time! And a lot of "dog", if you follow my meaning. No small dogs!

Sounds like you've had some very sad losses. That's very unfortunate. When I was very young, the black miniature poodle I mentioned was playing with my brother and I in our front yard, and she ran out into the street...a guy in a pick-up, who wasn't watching where he was going (and was speeding) ran over her right in front of us. It was very emotionally-traumatic for us, I can assure you. She was a good dog.

A Golden Retriver named Portia,
and now I got a wolf-dog puppy ( I gots a lsience) named Sol-leks.

My father raised German Shepherds when he was younger, and now raises chow chow.

My brother owns a pure bred Rottweiler, a chow/shepherd (Brother of my dog)

My mother owns a pure bred chow chow,

and I own a chow/shepherd.
I am hopefully going to get another dog. I am thinking about German Shepherds, or maybe a Border Collie. I am still unsure about Border Collies .. I am most likely going to get a mix breed, however. There is a black aussie mix 10 months old at my rescue, but sadly, it would better for me to wait longer for another dog.

I'd love to own a Beagle. Actually, a Czechoslovakian Wolfdog. There's a German Shepherd / Border Collie cross in the local newspaper, free to good home. I'd love it but I'm not allowed another dog..

my mom had 2 dogs named Tippy and Toasty before I was born, I forgot the breeds though, when we lived with my uncle we had 2 purebred golden retrievers, one was named Shadow off homeward bound and I forgot the other ones name, and we had a purebred black lab..now I have my doberman/rotti/german shepherd cross Kobe

I've had serval dogs in my life time, mainly when I was younger the first was my dog who I still have Chase, the Batoven, Boomer (The biggest dog I ever met.)

I've had 2 dogs in my life. One was a Doberman-Rottweiler mix (big dog) named Ophelia. The one I have now is a lazy purebred golden retriver named Portia.

Shadow: a was a mix. Siberian Husky/German Shepard

Nikki: a Siberian Husky(Pure Breed)

Ginger: A German Shepard/Beagle Mix.

Max: Beagle

Dodger: a toy poddle

Trixie: a toy poddle

that's all the dos I have owned.
