Ok so whilest parusing the web one day I came across a forum where a DS Lite owner did not like the sleek smoothness of his DS Lite. Yes I said he did NOT like the sleek and or smoothness.(insane? I think so) Anywho, he actually ended up taking sand paper to the poor little thing and scratched the hell outta it. It made me cringe. But after he had worked on it for several days getting the nasty nicks, scratches, and bumps outta the finish, it actually came out quite nifty. So instead of having a sleek smooth DS Lite he now has a corse grippy DSL. Not sure I agree with his tactics, but after my DSL has been there and back again and has all manner of nasty scratches on it's smoothy finish, I might sand paper mine as well. Though I would use the really fine sand paper. Like the stuff they use on glass.

But I didn't and don't intend to mess my DS Lite up in any way unless it gets messed up on accident first. I like the shineyness too much to scratch it up.
