Ok, first of the apology, I am sorry for making such a stir and was not thinking clearly at the time.
Second, an explanation. What I mean about goodbye was I was going to committ suicide. But don't worry, I have been convinced no to do it and to get help (again).
Why would I even consider that? Many factors.
Illnesses. I have, among other things, Cystic Fibrosis, Severe Fibromyalgia, Asperger's Syndrome (autism), and a lot of other diseases. I am in pain every second of every day. I can not do a lot of activities either because of these diseases.
Depression. I have severe clinical depression, caused by many things; the many medications I am taking, my job situation, stress, the unrelenting pain from the diseases, and a lot of other things. I also feel like I am a burden to others, finacially and emotionally.
So I have decided to go and get help, and not to committ suicide. I will likely still be depressed for a long time afterwards (as I have been depressed for a long time already).
Please do not make this a rant thread, if you need any further specifics please PM me. I just wanted to post an apoligy and an explanation, please don't let this one get out of control. If you have any concerns, comments, criticism, or whatever, just PM me.

Aw, you poor thing! 
I'm glad you're OK. You really had us all worried, just get some help and you'll fine. You always have someone to talk to here. My mother suffered from paranoid schizophrenia and she wasn't very happy with her life either. She tried to slit her wrists once and ran away from home a lot of times during my childhood. You'll be fine though, just don't give up because committing suicide is NOT the answer!
