Okay, like some of the other fan fiction writers, I have several projects in the "offing" (meaning that they're in development), and I'd like to request some feedback, from each of you, as to which you'd like to see completed first.
As always, I greatly appreciate the feedback, the effort spent on reading my fan fictions, and the nice (and constructive) comments left on my fan fic gallery page! I have not been very reciprocal back, as I've had a tough time finding the spare time to sit down and read the fan fics of the members whose galleries I've added to my favorites (and there are several). My bad, entirely.
But I am going to try my best to MAKE time!
Here is a running list of what I have in development:
Nome Meets Snob Hill: A Happy Reunion
The much-requested sequel to my initial fan fiction crossover,
Nome Meets Snob Hill, in which Balto and his team pay a visit to Nome during their tour of the U.S., and meet Lady, Tramp, Jock, Trusty and the others from the movies
Lady and the Tramp and
Lady and the Tramp 2: Scamp's Adventure.
In the sequel, picking up from the end of
Nome Meets Snob Hill, Part 2, Darling and Jim Dear have finally managed to arrange plans to spend their anniversary visiting Nome...in follow-up to the invitation from Rosy's father. It is 1927, almost two years since the events in
Nome Meets Snob Hill, and they have brought Lady and Tramp with them, and also Lady and Tramp's puppies (who are now young adults) Collette, Annette, Danielle and Scamp...and Scamp's mate, Angel.
It's adventure time in Nome! Can the prim and proper gang from Snob Hill make due in the harsh reaches of the Alaskan wilderness and a rough-and-tumble gold mining town?
In The Sweet By and By
This will be a sequel to
The Passing of Togo, and Aljan's
Balto's Love fan fiction. Aljan, who is a friend and a great fan fiction writer, has granted me permission to tie into that story for the writing of this sequel.
This story will be set mostly in the afterlife. It will be a shorter story than my usual fare (I think). In it, Balto has just passed away (from Aljan's
Balto's Love story), and is guided into the afterlife, where he makes many happy reunions. The story will also probably cut to a few scenes back on Earth, where his sons, daughters and friends come to terms with his passing.
Dreams Made Real
This is going to be an unusual piece, and probably the most far-fetched and surreal of all my fan fictions. And it is based upon a daydream of my own...sort of a wish-I-could kind of fantasy.
In this story, which I will probably tell in first-person perspective (because it is a telling of my own fantasy), I find myself transported into the Balto cartoon world, appearing near Balto's boat...unconscious. When I awake, I find that I have been pulled out of the snow by Balto, and am now laying in the wheel house of the boat, covered in Balto's blanket. Watching me, from the other end of the wheel house, are Balto and Boris. They are soon surprised (as I am) to find that I can understand them as they speak, and that I know them.
A short adventure commences, where I find myself (along with Balto and Jenna, and possibly Kodi or one of the other sons or daughters of Balto and Jenna) hopping between the cartoon and the real worlds, while telling them of the differences between how things occurred in their world, and how they did in mine.
It's still in the most rudimentary of stages, and I have to think a lot about this one, so it may take some time to complete.

I'm still trying to figure out the title and plot for a story about one of Balto and Jenna's other official pups...in other words, I want to do a story about either Dingo, Saba, or the other two officially unnamed pups (for which I will create a name, rather than taking someone else's).

Also trying to work out a title for this story idea. I would like to be the next in line to try and write a fan fiction about Balto's past...about his puppyhood, and how he came to lose his parents, and to be found by Boris. And I would like to introduce my own version of Balto's father.
Finally, I'm very interested in collaborating with another fan fiction writer on a story! I would be open to takers, and to suggestions as to a story line and plot (or even to do the last one on the above list as a collaborative effort)!
