they are a cute couple, but isn't it a little out of Steele's character to have pups with her? I say this because Steele is so purebred pedigree obsessed, and having pups with Anna would make them mutts. what do you think?

true. I just find it a little off, my charrie was a husky, jenna's sister by the way, how's the project going.

If Steele is a malamute and Jenna is a huskie then the pups wouldn't be purebreeds anyway. Its a cartoon character I don't own Steele he can be mated to whoever one's imagination desires.

steele is a husky, in fact, everything about him points to a husky, several of his traits, like blue eyes for example, mean that he is a husky. malamutes can only have brown eyes.

That is not true. Alaskan Malamutes can most definitely have blue eyes, as has been said a hundred times in related topics.
You folks have to get past the "breed standard" information, or popular mythology about Malamutes. In fact, the AKC breed standard (which may be the same as, or similar to, breed standards from other breed clubs) does NOT say that Malamutes cannot have blue eyes. It only states that Malamutes with blue eyes are penalized in show. We have GOT to get past this myth!
ANY Spitz-type dog (which huskies and Malamutes are) CAN have blue eyes.

Also Malamutes are a much larger breed then huskies which would explain Steele's size. I don't much get the point of this topic either as Anna is just a fan creation for the Balto 4 Project, in the short fan-trailer she is his mate yes but it is ficitional its not set in stone. I do not have the authority to do such things.

well of coruse the pups will be mutts! steele and anna, WOULD be a good couples cuz maybe anna is a show dog, and steele will do anything, for a beautiful female, well im making a fan fic, about Anna and Steele, i'll put steele liking his pups, and he will come too protective, and that's that, i'll put the fan fic soon, on the forums, it's going to be called A new family
