What are some sites that I can use to make a forum? And, I need help to use them too. So, please be so kind as to give me instructions, or telll me if the site you listed has a help guide.

Preferably a forum making site that has a roleplaying forum I can make.

I made one on there, but I don't understand what it means by, "Your Proboards.com username is different than your board username."

You have to log in with that name than you can change your display name to what ever you want. All you have to do is go to profile and than modify profile and than look for the display name box and put what you want your display name to be.

I tried to login with that name but it said, "This username/password is invalid. Please try again."

Pick out a name you like, and when you log in, you always have to use the username 'admin'.

Sorry, but I never was a fan of proboards. x_x In my opinion, Invisionfree is better and more reliable. You have to know HTML to program it and everything, though. However, it holds a lot of space for free and can be programmed to do pretty much anything. ^_^

Methinks proboards is much easier to handle. I immediately knew what to do, but I was too confused with InvisionFree.

With InvisionFree, all you have to do is register, and you're a member, but if you choose to stay with Proboards,it's understably your choice.

That's the easy way out. It's 10 times harder to be an administrator. You have to know HTML to make skins and stuff. W3Schools can teach you a few of the basics if you're stuck.

Of course, probaords can be quite frustrating; for instance, I cannot make the skin look like I want it to and aarrghh.
But yes.
Other than that, proboards is spiffy.
