This is just something interesting I found on E-Bay. Tis a Balto Beer Bottle with a picture of the real Balto on it. I thought it was pretty cool.

Nice pic but in my opinion a beer bottle is not a place for a hero like Balto.

Actually, that's not Balto...the seller has it wrong. That might, however, very possibly be Togo. And the person holding him is probably Leonhard Seppala...his owner.

Heh heh...true. But I sort of agree with Axel...a beer bottle is no place for huckstering the image of a hero to sell beer. But then, that's just me.

I messaged the guy who's selling it. And gave him the link to this topic. Interestingly, he said he's heard this before. And yet, he's STILL selling it as a beer bottle with Balto's picture on it. And this guy claims to be someone to go to for dog sled stuff. Go fig...
