"What console do we want KH 3 to be on? we dont want to over do the PS3"

Not an actualy quote..but they have no decided ona proper console..which could be bad for sony...since pending on Ps3 sales..could mean that square would movie it somewhere else. This is big news..this is something I did not think square would do personally.

Sorry had to laugh, Square Enix has a contract with Sony, they can't move it to another company, because then it would be breach of contract and if that happens Square will be out of business, but it would be very entertianing to see what other systems can come up with^^ very......

Eplictica... He has a link to news giving proof of his statment what about you? Just take the time to read the articles before you reply it says that Square wants to support Sony but they don't want to over support them like Jack said. Like Dingo said worst case scinareo is that it will be for multipule consoles.

If I understand it right, Square-Enix does not want Sony to be the loser of the consoles, but they don't want them to be the winners either, and that's why they're doing several games for both Sony and Nintendo. I think that Square-Enix must have some faith in Sony if they're making FinalFantasyVII: Crisis Core for the PSP.

Ya that is a very understandable theory because let's just "say" that Square Enix decided on sticking with only the PS and if the PS3 did bad so would Square Enix. So if they did make it multi console they would have atleast two other consoles for support them even if one doesn't do well.

Well, right now Xbox hasn't got a lot of stuff going with Square. Mainly it's Sony and Nintendo, but it wouldn't suprise me if they start making more games for Xbox. Right now the only game I know of for Xbox is FF12, and they did that cause Xbox live is the superior online system, but this was a while after they released FF12 for the PS2.

I've no idea what to say to all this except that i must have been living under a rock. Im only just now finding out about Crisis Core and i thought Dirge of Cerberus still had a few months to go before it's release. I dunno, I don't have any of the consoles mentioned that it'd be released on. I'd hoped for a Gamecube release but not many games are coming out on that. I suppose the best thing i could do is have my parents sell the darn thing and possibly make enough off it (combined with the games i've got for it) to buy a PS2. But that's off topic.
All I know is that as long as i get to play the games i really don't care what Square does. Strangely, im only finding the games on the 7th interesting. If it came out on the Xbox, this would only further complitcate things for me.
