When i was little there was a movie called Fern Gully, and i LOVED it! I was just wondering if anybody else knows of this movie and if anyone else likes it? There was a sequel to it and i didnt like it as much as the first. There were charcacters in the movie named Batty (a bat), Chrysta (the main character) and Zac a boy from Byron Bay in Sydney Australia. Its about an evil guy who is trying to kill off fern Gully. Zac gets shrunk and is the size of Chrysta (fairy). Does anyone know what i am talking about?

I've seen it many times when I was little but its been a while since I last saw it. The only thing that reminds me of the movie is if someone says save the rainforest which I believe the whole moral is. Infact there were many public service announcments about saving the rainforest on Fox Kids a while back which had the characters of Fern Gully star in.

Ya, Ive seen this movie, It was good... Sort of, not exctly my favorite but it was kool.

I thought Fern Gully was a good flim too. It's one of the movies that's almost close to being my favorites too.

I LOVE FERNGULLY!! It's one of my favorite movies! Zak was my and still is my favorite character though I really don't know why

I love that movie. It is rather kid-friendly and corny at times, but Robin williams is great as Batty adn I have always loved the music.

I saw it once, but I don't remember it except that it was about polution/cutting down trees or something.

It came out in that time period where everyone didnt make biodegradable materials like diapers, containers found at McDonalds for serving burgers in, etc.

It sounds like I saw it, but my mind is drawing a blank.

yes it was about the cutting down of rain forest but there was more to it then that like great animation characters voice actors/actress and music

I'v seen it when I was little, like 5 or 6. I still look for a copy of it to re-watch it (like I did with so many animation movies lately)

The movie was good, but just because Robin Williams playing the voice of Batty. He's hilarious! I wasn't a fan of the movie, but I am of Batty!
