Personally, I don't think Peter Pan is such a good idea...
First, this boy cut off a man's hand and fed it to a crocodile.
Kidnaps little boys from their rooms and brings them to another planet (or star...the point is it's not Earth)
Child endangerment.
Gang Harassment (Peter Pan and his 'boys' mess with everyone)
Grand Theft Pirate Ship.
Yea, it's hilarious, I agree. But I don't agree that it's for little kids (7 and below) I've never read the book, so I dunno how the original story went, but the Disney version is a bit too...I guess the best word would be 'violent'.
That's just my opinion, though^^ Even as a toddler, I've always thought PP was kinda...wierd o_O.

It does sound really silly to me.But what about the real book?Parents read that to their little kids and that has all the same things that the movie has.

Neverland is a kid's paradise where they never grow up and danger is a good form of fun! Of course kids in real life know they're never gonna fight a pirate (as for peter pan chopping off Cpt. Hook's hand and feeding it to a crocodile, a kid's not gonna think twice about it, ESPECIALLY since they neither went into extreme detail about it nor showed what happened) And Peter Pan didn't KIDNAP anyone, they obviously went on their own accord (and who WOULDN'T want to go to a place where every day is full of adventure and fun and you stay an innocent child forever?) So I think this movie is perfect for kids, it's a perfect fairy tale. Cat....you rock
