What was the first video game that you've ever played? Mine was "Crash Bandicoot: Warped" back when I was in 1st grade. (I still love playing it nearly eight years later.

Nintendo 64 ~ Super Mario 64

Aaaaahhh yes. The good old days. That was, like, when I was in kindergarden. Been in love with video games ever since.

Wow, so young people here...I mean, it was like yesturday to me when Super mario 64 or Crash bandicoot 3 were released...

I think it was an Amstrad CPC 6128 game, probably Fruity frank...In fact I started programming on that "computer" at the same time, around 5 years old...
But my first console games I've really played were Quackshot, Mickey & Donald, and Landstalker on the Megadrive (genesis)

The first one I remember playing was a game that was on my Dad's computer, that was kind of like Doom, but I don't remember shooting anything in it. I just remember the impossibility of getting this key on a high platform surrounded by toxic liquid and I would always die when I was halfway there...
