Alright, i am writing this topic because all this political correctness non-sense is about to make me kill someone wait...shouldn't say that its not politically CORRECT! But you know, i don't give a flying fruit cake because i am expressing my right to FREEDOM OF SPEECH!
Well, here is a short list of some of the stupid politically correct phrases modified to be POLITICALLY CORRECT:
Baa Baa black sheep is now baa baa rainbow sheep (Some one shoot the person who came up with this one)
You SHOULD no longer say "good boy" or "good girl" to a student, child, son, daughter etc. because it is deemed sexist, you should say "Good child" or "Good work" etc. Do please stand infront of my gun kind person (Sir, madam? I wouldn't want to offend you)
You SHOULD no longer tell a child off in a negative fashion "Don't be naughty, don't be bad etc." because it could cause long term mental health effects on the child, they should be discouraged by saying something along the lines of, "That is not how we do things we do Blah blah blah instead" Of course thats not going to cause long term mental health effects like turning them into a mindless retard (and yes i use this term in context). Again please shoot the person who thought up this.
A teacher should refer to a students mum and dad (parents whatever) as parents or guardians because a child with same sex parents or a child from a single parent family may get offended because they don't have one or the other, excuse me here BUT ITS A FACT OF LIFE! we may not be able to control our sexuality or our partner to stay in the relationship but its something you just have to deal with, there are things far more tragic than that, for instance we still say 9/11 and all that jazz and we had no control over it (well, unless we are part of the bush administration) ITS ITS A DARNED FACT THAT WE CAN'T CHANGE! reload ladies and gentlemen, more to come (ooooh treadin a fine line yes?!)
And in schools in Australia, people are pulling there kids out of a school music program (and out of school even) because it clashes with their religion, IF YOU ARE GOING TO LIVE IN A COUNTRY LIKE AUSTRALIA BY CHOICE EMBRACE OUR CULTURE OR BUGGER OFF! I'm sure if we went to whatever the hell country you came from you would expect us to follow your cultures standards etc. DON'T BE SUCH HYPOCRITES! also, the muslims complaining about christmas in england and most other countries where off-shoots of christianity and alike are prominent religions (I may not be religious, but i am not offended by others celebrations) and are having the name changed to winterfest. like i said before, you choice to live in a country you adopt there culture.
And now i will get banned for naming a religion no doubt? Whats wrong with naming and shaming? i have no doubts that i will be shunned and ostrisized for speaking freely on this but maybe some of you will realise that freedom of speech is something you have the right to you can't help what you think, and writing about it is merely an extension of that right.
I can bet, i can seriously bet that this topic is going to get locked, if not for its political incorrectness then for its potential to become a controversial topic, what is so bad about a bit of controversy on this site? Everyone is getting too soft about all this stuff where anything that could be seen as controversial is immediatly flagged and then locked, not letting things be talked out and discussed, because people may disagree with each other. HOW IN THE HECK ARE WE ALL MEANT TO SURVIVE IN THE WORLD IF WE CAN'T HANDLE SOME CONFRONTATION FROM TIME TO TIME?! Why do we have to pretend like there is nothing wrong in the world when some innocent person in you're city is being mugged, raped or beaten with the perpetrator going free with a mere slap on the wrist? The law gets hard on all the things that don't really matter AT ALL, whilst rapist, murderers, terrorist and drug dealers (Maybe not in bali) alike get out with in 5 years of commiting a crime? Like the Bali 9 sentenced to death for being forced to smuggle drugs out of the country while some _____ responsible for the deaths of almost 400 innocent people is in a prison serving a minimal sentence?!
I don't care if it gets locked, it only makes me a martyr for the right to FREEDOM of speech!
