Has anyone ever noticed that duck on tom and jerry they have sometimes has two pairs of wings? On is the arm like wings, the other is the ones that are normal, and always folded up on the back. I've always thought it was strange.

I added in the red circle on adobe photoshop so you would notice the four wings.

They made Little Quacker like that on purpose. It's not an extra pair of wings, but the flowing thigh feathers found on waterfowl like ducks, geese and swans.
