The thing that bothers me most is Dipsy's breed. I think she's a cocer spaneil or a basset hound. Here's what I think:
Well both dogs are stuby like Dipsy and both have short legs like Dipsy. But I think that we should have a closer look. Well cocer spaneils have long ears but so do basset hounds. Now let's think abuot tails. Dipsy has a short tail and so does the cocer spaniel but I could be wrong. That is the end of my artical on Dipsy. thanks for your time!

I think she's a Bassett Hound or Bassett Hound mix.

She isn't one though, she doesnt have the right face. All she's got similar is the long ears.

I think she has a bit of Blood Hound in her personally.
But then again, she is just about as greedy as my dad's spaniel.

I think that she is a Bassett Hound. Cocker Spaniels seem way too fluffy, or "curly", to put it bluntly, and Dipsy does seem to have the body of a Bassett Hound.
