In TLK 2,Simba starts to have a dream about Kovu trying to kill him, then he morphs into Scar, after Simba wakes up from the dream,Nala decides to turn over, what causes her to do so?

I think it's just to show she was deep in sleep, lol, after Simbas dream about Scar killing him just like he did his father but it turns out to be Kovu, when Simba woke up he jerked up in shock, like you do when you have a nightmare so it was probably simbas sudden movement that made her stir slightly.
